ABSTRACT GUIDELINE

An abstract is limited to one A4 page of single spaced text, including names, affiliations, figures and references (template). All abstracts are to be submitted in English. Abstracts submission deadline is 15 march 2015 to ensure they appear in the Book of Abstracts to be published by the beginning of the Conference.

Each participant is allowed up to 3 abstracts as a presenting author.

Abstract submission deadline is March 15, 2015.

Abstracts are to be submitted as PDF files.

To prepare the abstract use the Abstract-template.rtf abstract-template.rtf.

Abstract Guideline


Size paper:

A4, portrait orientation;
margins: top – 2.8 cm, bottom – 2.0 cm, left – 2.0 cm, right – 2.0 cm;
binding – 0 cm.

Title:

The Title is centered,
Times new roman, bold, 11 pt, all capitalized.
Indent the first 0.
Interval before – 6 pt, after – 9 pt, without word wrapping.

Authors:

Times new roman, 9 pt, centered, italics, all capitalized,
indent the first – 0, centered, interval before – 6 pt, after – 6pt.

Affiliation:

Times new roman, 9 pt, centered, italics,
indent the first – 0 pt, centered, interval before – 0 pt.

Main text:

Times new roman, 11 points, line spacing "single", justified.
Indent the first 0.8 cm;
ban hanging strings;
hyphenation is not allowed;
the interval before – 0 pt, after – 0 pt.
Vectors should be in bold italics.
Greek letters should be written in normal font!

Figure signature:

Times new roman, 9 pt, the first line indent – 0 pt, centered;
the interval before – 6 pt, after – 6 pt.

Figure:

Wrap text – in the text,
spacing before – 6 pt, after – 0 pt, indent the first 0, centered.

Formula:

the first line indent – 0 pt,
the interval before – 2 pt, after – 2 pt.
Tab stops – 8.5 cm, centered;
17 cm, right-aligned.
Text after the formula is the same as main text, but the first line indent is 0
(the most commonly used phrases to continue after formulas, etc.,
which do not require indentation).
