Arrival by Local Public Transportation

At the airport, take bus №119 and get off at "Artyoma" (it takes about half an hour). Here, take bus №23 or №30 and get off at the " Rubin Congress Center" (about 20 minutes).

From railway station Tomsk-I walk along Kirova avenue to the bus stop "Elizarovyh" (it takes 5 minutes). Here, take bus №23 or №30 and get off at the " Rubin Congress Center" (about 20 minutes).

Taxi service is available both at the airport and at Tomsk-I railway station.
