The manuscript can be submitted in English or in Russian.

The manuscript should be prepared in MS Word format in accordance with the Manuscript Preparation Guide .

Each paper will be reviewed and selected for publication.

To upload a manuscript enter in your Personal Area, choose the abstract in the “List of Papers” and click “modify & add manuscript”.

Manuscript submission deadline is May 15, 2015

The papers are indexed in Web of Science

Additional fee payment for publication of one paper in JPCS is required (5000 rubles or $100).

We welcome high quality papers of 4-6 pages written in good English. Follow the Instructions when preparing your paper.

Each paper will be reviewed by two referees and will be selected for publication.
